🕓 Reporting Product Issues
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To help us process your request efficiently:
- Take clear photos of the product and packaging showing the issue.
- Email the photos and your order number to fitaltus.info@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +852 5520 0552.
Our team will review your case and arrange a replacement or exchange if eligible.
📦 Conditions for Returns / Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The request must be made within 7 days of receiving your item.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- All packaging materials, inserts, and accessories must be included.
- Only one return or exchange request is allowed per order.
Once approved, our team will contact you with return instructions.
Please note:
FitAltus reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the conditions above.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
- Items returned without prior authorization
- Promotional or discounted items (unless defective)
- Orders placed in error by the customer
💳 Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed in the original form of payment within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount.
🔁 Exchanges
If you receive a defective or damaged product, we’re happy to replace it with the same item. Exchanges are processed once the original item has been returned and inspected.
🚫 Order Cancellation
Once an order is confirmed, it immediately enters our automated logistics process for preparation and shipping. Because of this, we are unable to cancel or modify confirmed orders. We appreciate your understanding.
⚠️ Force Majeure
FitAltus is not responsible for delays or inability to fulfill deliveries caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, accidents, or government restrictions.
