At FitAltus, we are committed to ensuring that your order reaches you quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please review our shipping details below to understand our delivery process, coverage, and policies.

🚚 Local Delivery (Hong Kong Only)

📦 FREE SHIPPING — All orders within Hong Kong include free delivery.
Our delivery areas cover:

  • Hong Kong Island
  • Kowloon
  • New Territories
  • Ma Wan, Tung Chung, and Hong Kong International Airport

We do not currently deliver to certain outlying islands or rural village houses.
If your address falls outside our service area, we will contact you by phone or email before delivery to make alternate arrangements.

🕓 Delivery Time

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days, depending on location and courier schedules.
  • You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.

We will always strive to deliver your goods on time. However, unforeseen delays (weather, transport issues, etc.) may occur.

🏢 Delivery Access & Surcharges

If the delivery location does not have elevator access, an additional charge of HK$40 per floor will apply. This surcharge should be paid in cash directly to the delivery driver upon delivery.

If your location cannot be accessed by truck, delivery will be made to the nearest possible drop-off point, and our driver will contact you to arrange collection.

For restricted vehicle areas (e.g., Tai Long Wan Village, Shek O), customers must collect their orders at a designated meeting point.

✉️ Delivery Notifications

If we are unable to provide any product in your order, you will be notified by phone or email before delivery. We reserve the right to reject or adjust orders if stock or delivery conditions cannot be met.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive and sign for your delivery. FitAltus is not responsible for lost or stolen goods if a customer requests that items be left unattended outside their premises.

🌏 International Shipping

We currently ship to the following countries:
Australia | United Kingdom | Switzerland | Netherlands | France

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Please note:

  • Free shipping offers do not apply to international destinations.
  • We do not cover customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by local authorities.
  • Delivery times vary by country but typically range from 7–15 business days.

⚠️ Force Majeure

FitAltus shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to deliver due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, fire, flood, accidents, riots, wars, strikes, government policies, or transportation disruptions.

🔁 Missed Deliveries & Re-Delivery

If a recipient fails to accept delivery at the scheduled time, we reserve the right to charge an additional re-delivery fee. Please notify us at least 24 hours before delivery if you need to update your delivery address or schedule.
